Services - Labor market benefits for employers PDF Print E-mail

Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund is offering various labor market services and benefits to employers. We are looking forward to giving you an overview about these benefits and guiding you through the application and reporting process.

Salary payment compensation – in order to support recruitment of people, who have been unemployed for a longer period of time, up to 50% of the employee´s gross salary (maximally 4350 EEK per month) will be repaid to the employer by Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund, if the recruited employee matches the necessary criteria.

On the job training – the employer has an opportunity to train potential new employees for up to 4 months and to receive a supervision fee during the training period. A stipend will be paid to trainees by Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund.

Recruiting people with disabilities – the following costs can be refinanced by Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund:

-          Adjusting the work place and equipment/tools;

-          Free usage of technical devices, without which a disabled employee can´t perform on the job;

-          Working with a support person;

-          Assistance during the job interview.
